How can I get help with questions not listed here?

Account#

How do I close/delete my account?

Send an email to delete.account@healtheja.com, from the email id associated with your healtheja user profile. Within 30 days your account will be deleted, including all user profile and chats data. Note that your email id will be retained indefinitely, marked as a previous user

How is my health data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your health information is stored securely and is never shared without your explicit consent. For detailed information about our security practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my chat data from Healtheja (without deleting account)?

You can archive chat data within the app. An archived chat is automatically deleted from all Healtheja systems within 30 days. Note that medication reminders are stored entirely on the device and can be deleted at any time. For more detail, please review our Privacy Policy.
